Introducy call with the team, second call with scientists from the team (more like interactive discussions), and final on-site interview meeting the team and presenting previous work. Following months of hesitation despites validation and verbal agreement by HM after final interview, I've finally received a first written offer and I've been completely ghosted at the negociation stage. I've never received a justification for it.
