Question 1
If you own one property with X cap rate and X purchase price, would you invest in a new property with X cap rate, X purchase price and X interest rate?
Process was efficient and interview was not too long. Interviewed with one of the property accountants. Questions were mostly about plans for the future and current studies. Total of two interviews.
1 HR phone call interview, then I was called in to do an in person interview. I interviewed for one hour (3 people, 20 minutes each). Very easy process and everyone was very nice.
