I invested a significant amount of time in what was positioned as a senior-level process. Despite going through approximately four rounds and preparing a presentation on a very compressed timeline (1–2 days), I never had the opportunity to interview with the CEO, who would have been the direct hiring manager, which was surprising. The presentation was delivered to peers who were unfamiliar with both the role and my background, and much of the feedback and questioning felt misaligned with the scope of the position. Overall, the experience felt inefficient and dismissive of the level of seniority involved, and did not reflect a thoughtful or respectful hiring process.

Interview
I applied for the position at Biograph on March 2nd, with my first interview scheduled for March 7th. Following the interview, I did not receive any updates regarding my application status. I followed up on March 17th and again on March 26th, yet I did not receive a response from the recruiter or the company.
The lack of communication throughout this process has been both disappointing and unprofessional. A simple acknowledgment or update would have provided clarity and demonstrated respect for my time.
Unfortunately, this experience has left me with a poor candidate experience and negative impression of Biograph. I hope the company re-evaluates its approach to communication during the hiring process.
