Biological E. interview questions

1st conduct Technical round,then HR round will be conducted discussed about the salary and provide offer Letter after completion of reliving period then you will join in that company and they asked 2years agreement

The interview was good and I was sure I got selected. I had given recommendations as well. The job was actually lower to my ability but I was ready to do it anyways. They did not reply or call me back and when I enquired about the interview after more than a month, they said that they were already having a lot of female candidate and henceforth, I lost the job! That is so unfair. Seeing my performance interview, high quality education and skills, they could have shifted me to a better job atleast.
