Interview
I first met with the Associate Director of the Department that had the job opening. Then, HR called me back for a second interview at which time I had to do a presentation on a subject of my choice for a small group of employees from the department with the job opening.

They asked me to give them an example of a mistake I had made in a previous job and explain how I corrected it and what I learned from it.
