I was contacted by email after I applied online. I had a great phone interview, followed by an in-person interview where I met with four different employees. It took nearly two hours. I have great experience and was extremely well-prepared for the interview; I felt like I meshed well with all the people I met, and given my background and how the interview went, I was frankly expecting an offer. After the interview, I followed up with a thank you to everyone. Then, I followed up two weeks later to see if they had made a decision and heard nothing back. I circled back one more time two weeks after that to hold them accountable and get a direct answer, and I still heard nothing from my point of contact or the HR person. I think I was ghosted by Birchbox.
