Birlasoft Management Trainee Program interview questions

The college placement process of Birlasoft was made of the following rounds: 1) The first round consisted of a group discussion of a combination of current affairs and abstract topics. My group got the abstract topic 'Impression vs Expression'. This round is to gauge student participation and level of authority over the direction of the discussion. 2) The second round was with a subject mater expert on the logistics activities of Birlasoft. This is to gauge ascertain the student's level of preparedness in regards to company activities and their responsibilities in the decision making. 3) The final Round was an HR interaction for personality assessment for the candidates.
