Interview itself was fine, with three phases of testing that they'll break down for you ahead of time (Knowledge Test, Programming Test, and Architecture Test). Pretty time-consuming but nothing fancy and pretty straightforward. Good stuff there.
However, the issue is what came afterwards. I was given an "offer", told to fill out a profile for clients which was essentially copy-pasting my resume (and given no feedback for improving the profile), then completely ghosted.
Tried following up multiple times, until eventually told to stop by Stefan Lednicky (the CEO) and told they'll contact me instead.
...it took over 4 months of no updates for me to start looking for another job again. No updates, no contact, no nothing other than "Hey we have these multiple projects we're trying to put you under, we'll contact you later." Massive waste of time due to false expectations.
People on the actual team seem great. But given the above and a few other signs, the heads of the company don't care about anyone other than themselves. They're simply trying to have people "hired" (via building up these profiles to show clients), win contracts, *then* they'll try to officially bring you on. Whatever works best for themselves as the company heads.
Very unfortunate. Know what you're getting into.
