Rather nice, professional, yet friendly. The manager is using some sort of behavioural interviewing techniques; and before that, the talent acquisition also let me know that I should think of some past accomplishments attending the session, so that I'm prepared for the interview, plus the manager who interviewed me is also kind to allow me more time to think during the session, while not pressuring me.

Brief exchange of past experiences, not just hard skills but soft skills as well, and expectations from both sides (candidate myself and the interviewer). Shared personal and career development goals to see if it aligns with the role that I was interviewing for.
