BlackGold Capital Management interview questions

Didn't seem as though they knew what they wanted in a new hire. The actual title of the position was "Operations Analyst". None of their accounting is done in-house. Also, most of the job description involved marketing and helping with investor relations - not what you'd expect for a fund accountant role.
