I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at BlackRock (New York, NY) in Nov 2024
Interview
Round 1) OA Stage... This OA was akin to a proctored hacker-rank, but you have to explain your approach after you solve it.
Round 2) Super Day... I am pretty sure there are usually intermediate rounds, however, the company got back to me several months after taking the OA, at the twilight of the recruitment cycle. (which leads me to believe they just just jumped me to it as I was probably in some kind of back up pile and they were looking to fill the role).
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Most Technical questions were typical DP, Graph, or sliding window kind of questions you would expect from a fin-tech role.
Online assessments followed by interviews. Only the last interview round was about me as a person, the rest was only coding interviews. It was friendly but long with lengthy breaks in between rounds.

Interview
Very friendly, but the process was very spaced out with a lot of waiting. Overall the process wasn't very difficult, but it was a lot of work. I got to the final round, but didn't receive an offer.

Question 1
Two rounds of technical coding interviews, and one interview about you as a person.
Virtual interview on HireVue, asked two basic questions to assess soft skills. Preparation time was fairly long but no chance to re-record answers. Overall, it was a smooth and quick experience but should've researched more about the firm.
