Virtual Cover Letter - 2 questions, few minutes to answer
First Round Interview - 2 x 45 mins interviews over video call, each with a different employee working within the particular service line, a mix of competency and technical questions, my interviews only lasted around 20 mins each so you just wait round until the next interviewer is ready
Next stage if successful would be assessment centre which are held around a week later

They will ask you to do a one-way virtual cover letter and asking about your motivations why you choose this company and why you choose this specific programme to do your summer internship and what you can bring to the company as an analyst

Interview
Three round of skype interviews, back to back. Very chill interviewers, just like casual chats. But cannot tell if they like you or not. Very open to talk and happy to answer your questions. But HR does not get back to you (It's been 3 weeks for me and I still have not heard back so I assume I am rejected)
