I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at BlackRock (New York, NY) in Dec 2016
Interview
Up to the super day, the process was very fast. short hirevue interview to ask why black rock why your major why acs. Super day had a group case study which was quite pointless, and 4 back to back interviews that questioned some finance knowledge and a lot of behavioural questions.
Interview is not necessarily difficult but they really look for a good "fit" it seems like.
Been more than a month since I had the final round super day and they still have not told me I have been rejected.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What gets you up in the morning?
What is your proudest accomplishment?
Questions that ask basic concepts about stocks/bonds/inflation.
Interview went well, just a bunch of behavioral questions and asked to walk through some hypothetical scenarios of helping a client. I interviewed a few days ago and he said I would be hearing back soon, but have heard nothing yet. How long does it usually take to hear back?

Question 1
Why Blackrock? Tell me about a time you had to explain a complex concept in simple terms to a customer.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at BlackRock in Mar 2022
Interview
Had first interview 2 months ago and there was no follow up from the recruiter, even when I have sent an email asking to follow up. Not even sure if I was even rejected, could have sent me an email if so and I would gracefully accept the rejection.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at BlackRock (London, England) in Jan 2022
Interview
Started with hireview style interview questions, followed by round 1 interviews, round 2 interviews + numerical ability test and then final round interviews.
It was professional but still slightly informal though that may have been due to covid times.
