Invited to assessment centre; given information on a company, had to discuss as group then present findings, all whilst being observed (content required little business knowledge) and 3 2:1 interviews, two competency based and one skills.

Industry standard entry level hirevue, nothing special really, just prepare and read up on recent stories and have a valid reason you want to work at the firm. Got ghosted but probably due to lack of past experience rather than interview.

3 questions about yourself and Blackrock. Hirevue is something to get used to and no one is going to be good at them without practise. Try speak slowly and clearly as that will score the best.
