I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at BlackRock in Sep 2015
Interview
I applied through campus recruiting. First round was very simple -- questions were all behavior. Typical questions like: Why BlackRock? Name a time you stepped up when there was immediate need for help. etc
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe a time when you had a conflict with a team member.
Interview went well, just a bunch of behavioral questions and asked to walk through some hypothetical scenarios of helping a client. I interviewed a few days ago and he said I would be hearing back soon, but have heard nothing yet. How long does it usually take to hear back?

Why Blackrock? Tell me about a time you had to explain a complex concept in simple terms to a customer.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at BlackRock in Mar 2022
Interview
Had first interview 2 months ago and there was no follow up from the recruiter, even when I have sent an email asking to follow up. Not even sure if I was even rejected, could have sent me an email if so and I would gracefully accept the rejection.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at BlackRock (London, England) in Jan 2022
Interview
Started with hireview style interview questions, followed by round 1 interviews, round 2 interviews + numerical ability test and then final round interviews.
It was professional but still slightly informal though that may have been due to covid times.
