Only two questions, striaghtforward and easy to complete. Done on Hirevue, it is a virtual cover letter. Standard questions like why are you choosing Blackrock, what are your passions, etc.

Interview
The interview process was one hirevue, it consisted of 3 questions, each one I had 2 minutes to speak into the camera, and before answering the question I had 3 minutes prior to prepare for the interview question.
Hirevue avec 3 questions, 2mn de prep. Questions behavioral (tell me about a time you XXX), et sur BR aussi (What attracts you to BR). Pas de questions techniques. Plutôt tranquille.

Interview
It was through HireVue and you had 3 minutes to prepare your answer and 2 minutes to record your answer. Before each question, there was a video so you had a bit of rest time and a way to reset your brain before moving on to the next question.
