2 Leetcode hard style questions with explanation of thought process required. One question oriented towards problem solving, the other to programming / technical knowledge. About 30 minutes per question, camera had to be on for the duration of the interview.

Question 1
Technical question required implementation and usage of hash maps.
Applied for a summer internship with BlackRock's ETF and Index Investing business. First round interview, followed by a final round of back to back 30 minute interviews, one of which was with a managing director.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at BlackRock (New York, NY) in Aug 2018
