My interview was through Hirevue's video software. I was asked 10 questions and was given 30 seconds to prep upon reading each question before it would start recording your answer. General HR questions and some focused on the CSM position.

Describe a time you had a dissatisfied customer and how did you handle it?
One on one with recruiter, panel interview with current members of the team. Very conversational. Was asked to present and showcase demo skills. Typical CSM related questions, not a super serious setting.

I did 6 virtual recorded questions then I interviewed with the hiring Manager. It was more of an personal interview, which allowed me to share my experience and perspectives. The recruiting team is very communicative, and I have overall enjoyed my candidate experience.

Multiple Rounds of interviews, video essays, and assignment spread across 4 months. First two rounds were virtual and assignment based. Then one on one interviews with hiring manager and other key team members.
