first step in the hiring process was a group (about 20 ppl) testing session--test consisted of SAT style math/verbal questions, and 2 writing sample questions about how you would handle certain situations. If you scored well on this test, you got a phone interview. Phone interview was conducted by HR and asked pretty basic questions about your computer skills and what level of proficiency you would give yourself (1 to 5), strengths and weaknesses, etc. If you passed the interview then you got an on-site interview. One thing I have to say is how good the HR department was about contacting you and keeping you informed with the process and whether or not you continued on with interviews. Very pleasant experience.
