I had an initial 15-minute call with my recruiter, then another interview with my hiring manager, then three more interviews with members of my team. Even though it was a lot of interviews, things moved fairly quickly. I was interviewing elsewhere, but this was the best offer by far. I accepted the job and am so happy working at Blackbaud! I particularly appreciated that my recruiter worked hard to make the process go smoothly for me, and she was transparent about the salary and other expectations.
