BlazeSoft interview questions

Everything went well overall — the team was friendly and transparent about expectations. The interview process was efficient, with two steps (a phone screen and an in-person meeting), quick responses, and fast decision-making. They offer nice perks, like an offsite in the Caribbean. However, the lack of a sick leave policy isn’t ideal, especially with on-site work. Compensation is competitive.

The interview process was okay, I was invited for two rounds of interview, one with the CCO and the other one with the director, they asked me pretty direct questions from my background to my career goals and were very warm and welcoming, After a week they asked me to provide references which I happily did, They were from my previous employers so they spent their valued time in providing the refetrences. The HR even confirmed over call after a week that they are going to start the hiring approvals or whatever and will handover me a contract under Twelvio(a startup under Blazesoft). A week after I reach out to them they said they are wrapping up final interviews and internal discussions and need more time. Sounded fishy but I believed and went on to wait, A week after I follow up again and remote silence. Three days after I follow up one more time and all they have to say is that they are using internal resources for the job and will not hire an external candidate at the moment, They had the guts to take a month for the process and blindside me into believing I was being hired. Even reached out to my references and wasted their time all for not hiring at the end, I would say this company is a hoax and if you get an invite to interview with them please dont go and waste your time, They will shatter your self confidence and make you question yourself.
