The Program Coordinator mainly asked questions about how you handle different situations like catching someone cheating, or a hysterical/difficult tester.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at BlindData (New York, NY) in Mar 2018
Interview
Took the online multiple choice exam - was 9 or 12 questions. I took the C++ version. The exam was quite challenging. Make sure you are comfortable with intermediate topics such as linked list, trees, queues, also more advanced topics such as auto, iters. The grading system is on a 10 point scale - you will need to fill out a profile to get your results, it was easy and quick to fill in the information to get the result. You have 20 minutes to compete the questions and there is a major time crunch. I received a 5.5 which is apparently above the average for the top 50 CS school in the US (5.4) . so I am quite happy with my results. Use a pen and paper to help with the math.

The online test is job clickbait - the user is forced to spend 30 minutes of their time to "create a profile", and when you want to see your results, you need to upload resume, fill out skills, basically create a searchable record for BlindData's clients to peruse. Great way to find candidates, very unfriendly experience for the interviewee
