They contacted me 2 weeks after I submitted the application. They asked me to complete a writing test (case studies). 1 week after I submitted my responses, I received a rejection email.

First email was to provide a writing example by answering a few example cases of things that would happen in that position. I had 3 cases, 2 paragraph answers for each.
