Cons

Upper management out of touch with the actual duties of front line advocates. Grading and metric guidelines (frequent changes in the standard reflect this) are completely out of touch with reality of the calls received.

Remote, decent pay and benefits, a few company sponsored offsites per year. Some good colleagues. Diversity.

Cons

Weak leadership without clarity and vision, constant strategy shifts and restructuring spanning years that causes fatigue, Toxic managers in some teams. Overall the company is becoming a pressure cooker that turns people aggressive towards colleagues.
