I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Block in Feb 2013
Interview
I applied to be an intern at Square's internal communications division. The process is long and arduous, in my opinion, for a job of this scope -- phone interview, and then two extra rounds, including a visit to their San Francisco headquarters. I only made it past the first interview.
Five rounds within 1 oa, 1 coding, 1 take-home assignment, 1 technical interview, 1 BQ. The coding interview is pair coding with an engineer. Technical interview is mainly talking and discussing models.
