Worst candidate experience I have ever had. They reached out to me to interview. I did thorough research on all arms of the business. I did the interviews and they went well. I met with the department head and it went great. The recruiter subsequently ghosted me for months. No updates, no feedback. I chased multiple times and got back short non-committal answers like “no updates”. She basically made it clear that I was becoming an annoyance for wanting finality on a position I wanted and had prepared thoroughly for. Eventually she came back to me 2 months later saying the job had been Cancelled and that they’d reach out for other opportunities. Of course they never did.
