The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Blockchain in Sep 2023
Interview went very well, I was told I was overqualified, but I expressed that I was very much so still interested in this position. I was told I would hear back by the end of the day. I had not heard back by the following Tuesday so I sent a follow up email, only to receive an automatic reply letting me know the recruiter would be on vacation for the next 2 weeks. I waited until the recruiters holiday was over and followed up again. No response at all. Very disappointed.

I interviewed at Blockchain (Vilnius)
Interview process was smooth and good. It was relatively long - 4 interviews, so minimum 4 weeks + decision making time. However, the interviewers were professional and friendly, thus no stress was felt. No task was provided, however the interview included some technical questions related to the position.
- Experience related questions and some technical questions.

I applied online. I interviewed at Blockchain (New York, NY)
The overall experience was unpleasant, there was an ambiguous amount of steps in the hiring process and long periods between contact with updates on how I was progressing. After a number of interviews with a number of employees I was again made to wait for a final negative result.
- How much do you know about blockchain technology?

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Blockchain (Berlin) in Nov 2022
Had a few interview rounds, didn't got the picture regarding exact position, expectations and tech stack. Given recent layoffs of 25% staff combined with 30+ open positions currently, the situation overall is far from being transparent. No feedback provided.

I applied online. The process took 12 months. I interviewed at Blockchain in Nov 2022
The interview process was extremely long, but very thorough. I enjoyed speaking to each member of the team and how passionate they were about getting the right candidate. I was told the position was mine, but that they were looking to postpone the hiring until the new year. Eight months later I have still not heard a thing. I’ve messaged almost every member of the recruiting team, and all of their emails bounced back. I’m assuming they had a mass layoff and did not perform a proper hand over to let applicants and pending offer applicants know that the position was no longer open. I would’ve happily left my current position to work for Blockchain based on the interviews alone, however, the lack of coordination in the recruiting process does need to be worked on.
- The teams really want to get to know you. Not only will you be asked about your experience and how you have improved the process or policy, but they also want to know how you worked with an a team to do that.

Lengthy the interview lasted over 6 weeks. Totally unresponsive team. Interview was 3 rounds including take home exam. Be prepared to answer situational questions and understanding of cryptocurrency. The team was very nice but the company seems a little unorganized.
