Blockdemy interview questions

This is a company that asks for too many steps in the application process, including self-videos and written unpaid tests. Then, if you pass the filters they schedule a video interview with the team the CEO and three other people that do not disclose clearly what their roles in the company are. THEY RECORD THE INTERVIEW without asking for the applicant's consent! The team arrives late, they are badly dressed and have deficient computer equipment, they're not very polite. Their microphones make the questions intelligible at times. They are inconsistent with the questions, redundant. then, without further explanation once the interview has ended they sent a prewritten-email saying that you weren't chosen for the role. Also, if you ask for further explanations to the CEO for the dismissal of an application that made you waste al least 2 weeks of your valuable time, the man blocks you on LinkedIn. This is a non-professional company that asks for a lot of personal info, materials, just to dismiss you in the end. I have deleted the videos I shared with them but I can't do anything about the recorded interview that they kept of me against my will. Do not bother with them.
