Blue Action Fund interview questions

The interview was conducted in English. There were two people present at the interview, one of whom was the Executive Director of Blue Action. The second person barely spoke, and the interview was conducted almost entirely by the Executive Director. I found his manner aggressive from the start. He spent most of the interview staring out of his window. He interrupted me a number of times and seemed offended that I also wanted to ask questions of him. I had the impression that he had no interest in me whatsoever, which begs the question why I was invited in the first place. I understand that he may have had another candidate in mind already, and was simply required to conduct interviews with multiple people. In that case, however, the other invited candidates should be treated with a modicum of respect. As it is a very small group, I find myself feeling lucky not to have received an offer and wishing that I had broken off the interview after the first 5 minutes. I will look on it as a learning experience in "how to deal with difficult people".
