Interview
I had a two‑step interview process with Blue J. The first call was with a recruiter, and I moved quickly. I was invited to a second interview with the hiring manager shortly after. Both conversations were standard and straightforward, and the hiring manager was transparent about the role being new and the team still being built. Although I didn’t move forward after the second round, what disappointed me was the communication afterward. In the rejection email, they offered to provide feedback on my interview. I replied within 15 minutes requesting it, but six days later, I still haven’t received any response. I would have appreciated closure, especially since the offer to provide feedback came from them.
Overall, the interviews themselves were positive, but the follow‑through on feedback could be improved.
