I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at BlueCamroo (Toronto, ON)

2 interviews on site, one with 3 core staff members, titles weren't clearly defined. Second with core staff and CEO. Guy with the glasses was unprepared and highly sensitive. If you wanted to look for aha moments you could have just saved us time and call me or verify my employment. Also, CEO is arrogant, obnoxious, and stressed.

Asked a lot of what is questions, seemingly just to verify if I was honest judging by their nodding. Hardly any behavioral questions.

We're sorry you had a negative experience, we thought you were an excellent candidate, however after interviewing several other candidates we decided to extend an offer to someone with over 15 years of experience who was the best candidate.
