The interview process consisted of three structured rounds. The first was an HR round focused on background and culture fit. Next came an assignment to assess practical skills. Finally, we had a negotiation and contract discussion round to finalize terms and expectations. Overall, the process was clear, professional, and designed to evaluate both technical ability and alignment with company values.

Fue corto, me pregunto mi backup profesional practicamente, me contó un poco lo que habría que hacer y cuanto esperaba ganar. La entrevista fue totalmente en Ingles, exigían un C1, no tuve ningun problema con el idioma. Duro unos 15-20 minutos.
