The interview process was straight forward and easy to schedule. There were technically four parts, an initial screening with the recruiter, an interview with your potential manager, a panel interview with your potential peers, and then a final QBR-style interview.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Bluecore in May 2025
Interview
A recruiter from a staffing company reached out to me for the role. I had an introductory screener meeting and the second meeting was with their Customer Success Team Lead. During that they shared that they needed a Marketing Manager profile with experience and expertise running and reporting on email campaign which I do not have so it was not a good fit for either part

Do you have experience optimizing, running and reporting email campaigns
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Bluecore (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2023
Interview
I had gone through 4 rounds of the interview process. The HR/recruiters folks were not very friendly and sent templatized responses to everything with no personal touch. After getting through 4 rounds, with only the assignment remaining, I was rejected from the role. The disappointing part was the fact that I got an automated response from the system rejecting me. I didn't have anyone from the company reach out or provide any feedback to me as to why I was rejected. It's difficult to improve when companies do not provide any feedback whatsoever after spending hours with their team. I was hoping for more from the company.

Question 1
Standard CS questions that nearly every company asks, nothing unique at all. They must be looking for very specific responses vs industry experience.
