I applied online. I interviewed at Bluegreen Vacations (Orlando, FL) in Feb 2014
Interview
The parking lot is massive so get there early because it's a long walk to the building. You enter an elevator and go to the 6th floor. It is a beautiful building with a beautiful lake view. You will be see a receptionist there who tells you to enter the "glass bowl" which is a meeting room with glass doors. You will be in a room of about 10-15 people for a couple of hours (about 3). During this time you will be given a presentation of the company and details on the hours of the job. Then you sit and wait for your interview. You are all scheduled for the same time and youre Interviewed by 2 people at the same time. They ask you typical interview questions. They asked what my avg conversion rate % was in previous job, where I see myself in 5 years, how would I handle objections, how would I handle upset customer. The actual interview was about 15 minutes and they were really nice.

Got interviewed for Activations Agent. Did a couple of online assessments, then got called in for a face interview with the department manager. Didn't really ask much about job history, just talked about the position and pay and asked if you were still interested in working there.
