    Interview

The HR department and the recruiting office here have been wonderful. The process is pretty intense but on the same token it was very precise. Michelle is the recruiting manager and does an outstanding job of getting you in for interviews, asking the right questions and making you feel at home. I felt very welcomed here which was a total departure from what I have experienced from interviews in the past.

    Interview Questions

    • They will ask a lot about your experience, comfort level in a customer service position, phone etiquette and quite a few questions about how you handle difficult customers etc. They really make sure to get to know you personally and professionally before they make a decision, expect to come in for multiple interviews throughout the screening process. Although I will say it was a longer process than I would have liked, it was a joy meeting everyone and went very smoothly… well worth the effort.   Answer Question

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took a week. I interviewed at Blytheco (Laguna Hills, CA) in January 2016.

    Interview

It was such a long process. The recruiter was very long winded regarding the company and sold it like it was the greatest place to work in the world and that was not the truth at all.

    Interview Questions

    • The questions were pretty standard. She asked about my past experience, why I was interested in new opportunities, etc. I did feel like it was more to boast about the company and then when you get there and work there you realize what a great sales person the recruiter was.   Answer Question

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Blytheco (Laguna Hills, CA) in August 2014.

    Interview

Contacted by HR Manager - very kind & detailed discussion regarding the position and income potential. Every answer is documented. Then set up 3 additional in-person interviews. Two with Managers and One with owner. Team Mentality is important If all goes well, they do a background and make a verbal offer. VERY PROFESSIONAL and NICE PEOPLE.

    Interview Questions

    • Wanted to know specifics with regard to sales process and ERP understanding.   Answer Question

    Consultant Interview

    Anonymous Interview Candidate

    Neutral Experience

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Blytheco.

    Interview

Standard interview process, which I was generally using as a warm-up for careers I was considering seriously.. Several conversations with an internal company recruiter and an one in-depth conversation with a hiring manger in a sleepy suburban office. All interactions were very friendly. Nice people. Within hours of a face-to-face interview they invited me for another round, but immediately back-tracked. After over a month of silence they reached back out and said they'd decided to go another direction. Personally, I had little interest in the opportunity, but I thought the overall process was somewhat sophomoric.

    Interview Questions

    • Nothing out of the ordinary to prepare for. Blytheco is a relatively small company, friendly, yet unsophisticated in their hiring techniques. They're extremely proud of their technologies, none of which I'd ever heard of (even as a seasoned consultant).   Answer Question

    Project Manager Position Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Laguna Hills, CA

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Blytheco (Laguna Hills, CA) in August 2016.

    Interview

Applied online and got a call two days later from HR (on Friday). We spoke briefly and a phone interview was setup for a Monday which got changed from morning to afternoon. The interview time came and went with no call or notice from Blytheco. Received a voicemail the next day with an apology for missing the interview - HR person was out sick and somebody failed to follow up with me. Two days later (on a Thursday) an Admin contacted me and setup the phone interview for the following Wednesday.

The afternoon of the day before the phone interview HR called me to let me know the position was filled, but will keep me in mind if another position opens up in the future. Completely unimpressed by how this was all handled.

    Interview Questions

    • Other than a little bit about my background and why I left my last position, no real questions were asked.   Answer Question
