Interview
I had a lackluster interview experience with Bnberry. The first interviewer was genuinely interested in engaging with me. Asked questions based on S.B.I/S.T.A.R standards and was supportive through the whole process.
The second round was particularly discouraging. The hiring manager — who was supposed to represent a data-driven team — showed little evidence of that approach. The introduction was extremely brief, with no effort to connect on a personal level. Little questions about my background, motivation, or interest in the role — just straight to the point with little context or dialogue.
Additionally, the actual responsibilities described during the process did not align with the job posting. What was presented as an account management role sounded more like a content moderation or administrative position, which was disappointing given the time and effort I put into preparing.
Overall, it was a poor experience that left me questioning the company’s interview culture and transparency.

Extremely Poor Experience
I had an initial interview with BnBerry for an Account Manager role with someone from HR. The interview went well, and I was told I’d receive feedback within 2–3 days. I never heard back. I followed up three times, no response..
A few months later, I applied again. The same HR person contacted me to schedule an interview for the same role, even though we had interviewed before. When I emailed to ask for clarification, I never received any response...
Overall, the experience was very poor. A friend had a similar experience with the same company. It seems like they just collect CVs without actually hiring. Checking their LinkedIn, multiple Account Manager positions were posted across Europe, but no new hires were visible. The company feels unprofessional and not serious.

Interview
I initially had a positive HR interview, which gave me hope for the rest of the process. Unfortunately, that turned out to be the only high point. For the second stage, the interviewer missed our scheduled meeting without notifying me, and I had to follow up myself to get it rebooked. When the call finally happened, they kept their camera off throughout the Google Meet, which felt impersonal, and it quickly became clear they hadn’t reviewed my CV. Midway through the conversation, they mentioned that my background seemed more marketing-focused—despite the fact that I have no experience in marketing and nothing on my CV suggests otherwise.
After that call, I heard nothing for over two weeks. Again, I had to chase for an update, only to receive a generic rejection message with no feedback or explanation. Overall, the process felt disorganised and one-sided—I was the only one putting in the effort to move things forward. It was disappointing, especially from a company I had initially been excited about.
