I went through a couple of interview rounds with Boast Capital. The team was professional and the marketing group is clearly putting in strong effort.
However, it became apparent that there’s a significant gap in the product itself, particularly on the tech side, which makes it challenging for marketing to perform effectively.
The overall experience felt inefficient. The reason provided for my rejection was something that wasn’t discussed at any point during the interview process, which made the outcome feel misaligned and somewhat arbitrary.
I wish the team the best moving forward, but I’d encourage them to refine their hiring process and better align internal expectations to avoid wasting candidates’ time.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Boast Capital in Jun 2025
