This is a small company, with mixed roles (support Eng. hiring). Three rounds one hour each. All of them within five working days since it was an urgent position. I did adjust to their schedule and completed their weird questions, i.e., conversion from decimal to hexadecimal. I did requested feedback just three days later; Using LinkedIn (no formal response) they informed me that they would not offer me the job. I had to ask again for feedback, and they told me my experience is good, but they decided not to offer me because of my lack of experience of the Bocada software (which is an internal development). This is how I lost hours of my time in a hiring process for a company that does not value candidate’s time and they are not professionals. I am happy I discovered this during the hiring process and not by collaborating with them.
