The process was a bit rocky from the start, I joined the video call on time but no one showed up. Had to reach out myself, and the interviewer apologised and said there was a scheduling issue, so we rescheduled. Happens, no big deal! The actual interview was only about 12 minutes long (originally meant to be 30), so it felt quite rushed. That said, the conversation itself was friendly and went smoothly. Questions were fairly standard, mostly around how I manage and grow platforms like Instagram and TikTok, content strategy, and handling social media day-to-day. I felt good coming out of it, explained my experience well, and left on a positive note. The Follow-Up (or lack of it): Unfortunately, heard absolutely nothing after. I followed up multiple times via email, still no response. No rejection, no update, just complete silence. That part was disappointing, especially after putting in the effort to reschedule and show up prepared.
