Body Fit Training interview questions

Very casual, however the employer never really asked any questions about me or my qualifications. After a few days of the interview, the GM told me they did not have enough hours to give me the job. I was confused as to why there was even an interview if that was the case.

Extremely casual interview process. First took a class, then chatted with management. Then I taught a class with another manager...was given little preparation to teach the class, was told there would be a grading rubric but there wasn't and feedback from the manager was very subjective. I got the offer but turned it down because I was berated me from the minute I walked in the door for the interview...for example, I was 20 minutes early and he said (in front of clients) that I must not take the interview seriously because I was late on his terms. He expected his coaches to be there 30 minutes early but never communicated that. I was also told I didn't look strong enough to be a coach by management.
