Interview
Not good. Applied internally. Got a response e-mail about 2 months later saying they obtained my inquiry. Then approx 2 weeks later I get an e-mail saying I'm not qualified which was bogus. This company is very shady when it comes to its hiring practices. They like to hire from within and if you're a contractor with them, might as well find another company.
Other IT Interview Reviews for Boehringer Ingelheim
Very common process with rounds of interviews, nothing remarkable to share except that it took a long time for all the scheduling, likely due to the holiday season and people taking time off.
Skype, 30min, informal and friendly. I didn't spend that much time talking about my academics but rather focused on my experience and language skills. The interviewer was talkative and he provided good information about the company.
