Started with an employee referral. Received a phone call to schedule a phone interview about a week later. Had the phone interview the next week, interview was by two associate directors in the Statistical Programming department including the manager I would report to. I received an offer for a contractor possition a week later and accepted, worked as a contractor for eight months and applied to an open full time position. Two weeks later I came in to the office for six face to face interviews including ADs from Statistical Programming, Data Management, and Statistics and the director of Statistical Programming. Received an offer one week later and accepted.

First round, phone interview, robot. First they asked me to fill a form, asking basic background information and then telephone record with three questions. Phone interview only ask for simple behaviour questions.

Statistical programming Department is mostly Chinese it seems and I think they were trying to give preference to Chinese.. (Three associate directors interviewing me were Chinese - one of them listed as hiring manager ) .. at least that's how I felt. I answered everything and they did not inform me anything. I had to call them several times after a month to know the outcome. It looks like they were not sure what to do. Later on saw the job ads posted as "contracter" needed. Unprofessional . At least inform the candidate the outcome as soon as you can please !
