I interviewed at Boehringer Ingelheim (Biberach an der Riß)
Interview
All interviews were done remotely. First call was with the hiring manager, 30mins, and second call was 4 hours, multiple rounds of interview with different team members. I had to present for about 40 minutes and got to interact with different teams who are potential co-workers. Overall the process was lengthy and time-consuming, but people were nice and considerate.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Boehringer Ingelheim (Biberach an der Riß) in May 2024
Interview
no diversity on interview panel - only men involved, HR did not show effort to provide and attractive offer, rather shut down questions about the possible offer. Last-minute arangement and rearangement of interview schedule and only a week to prepare a talk for 20 mins.

Interview
The invitation from the recruiter emphasized that the interview principle would be "All you can ask", as if the hiring manager would be judging applicants based on their questions instead of answers. I practiced how to sell myself by asking insightful questions. However, the interview was like the usual approach, where I mainly answered questions from the hiring manager.
