The interview process is pretty strait forward. The Boeing Company uses the STAR method. So, review the STAR method to prepare for their interviews. Although they may call you for a phone interview to get more information on your background before the main interview.

STAR interview process. Situation, task at hand, action taken, results of all the following. Be prepared, not too hard, but know your stuff. Be personable and be yourself, be honest.

Interview
Stick to the STAR format and you will be fine. They are not allowed to vary much from planned questions, but if they are unable to pick out each aspect of your STAR story they will literally ask you "what was the action you took again?" so they can fill out their form.
