The interview was held via telephone in first round and on skype in the second round. Nothing too tough. You may need some preparation for structured interview but even that is manageable. The real problem lies after the interview - the wait and follow-ups with the recruiter is time-consuming. I was asked to send the documents but even after two months no response. One sincere advice to the HR is to let the candidate know if it's going to take time or if they will not take the process ahead.

Not bad, but since the software test is in pen and paper so you should practice pseudo code and not cheat. Interviews are now in the post AI era where companies use it extensively or not at all
