Phone interview followed by a technical interview using WebEx about a week later. I had issues using WebEx and they had me brainstorm and write code for a problem not related to statistics/DS in Microsoft Word, I kid you not.
I thought the interviews went well and it seemed like the interviewer liked my answers, but no offer.
Felt like a scam. They reached out asking for an assessment to be submitted on an email that would soon start rejecting emails. They then follow up saying that the new email for submissions is up. Proceeds to rejects emails the following week. A joke,

Contacted by manager directly, who set up panel interview of three people. Application was relatively simple. Interview was a mix of behavioral and technical with questions like "tell us about a time you used a model to make a recommendation".
