I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Boeing (Miami, FL) in May 2018
Interview
There were 2 stages of interviews after an online application. The first was a recruiter screening asking about career goals and college projects. They gave me a follow up email about when to expect a round and a tip to practice the STAR interview method. The second round was a voice call interview with 4 members of the team that was hiring in Missouri. They followed a STAR interview process and asked me to describe past projects I had worked on in college and how I dealt with difficult situations. The team members included a project manager and 3 software engineers.
