external interview for level 2 position was a two-part process. Phone interview with hiring and skills managers, then an in person interview on site with similar personnel.
Non-technical interview. Pleasant experience, met the team afterwards.

Non-technical questions, but technical answers were welcomed.

STAR Method. Pannel interview with other engineers in your potential department. 5 questions, behavioral based (non-technical). The questions were fairly easy, they want to know more about how you reacted t situations rather than the outcome.
