Applied through the website. Received an impromptu phone interview followed by a formal interview, ending with one more impromptu phone interview. Questions were completely behavioral and followed the STAR format for favorable answers
Panel interview, About 3 managers taking turn asking questions, mostly behavioral. Focus on using the Star method to answer those question. Then I wait about a month before I heard back from HR with an offer

Apply through career website, 1 month later I received the interview invitation. I was interviewed by a group of managers and current employees. They followed the structure interview asking cases questions. Make sure you follow STAR format in your answers then you will be fine. After 2 weeks, I got the offer.
Interview consisted of a video assessment through Hirevue. They don't use the AI portion and they allow you to do three video takes for each question they ask before submitting. That made it a lot easier to relax and concentrate on your answers knowing that you had three tries.
