Very fast paced, direct, and to-the-point...these guys do not care about your experiences outside of process analyst subject matter. Two people interviewed me, and the interviewer forget to send the interview packet beforehand....a mess-

Typical STAR method format. Talk about situation, task, accomplishment, and processes. For example, tell me about a time where you had to work to convince difficult person. Or tell me about situation where you made mistake.

It was a webex interview without having the videos turned on which I thought was pointless; might as well have a speaker phone interview. Wasn’t sure who’s end but there was a couple communication issues on it too. Had to answer everything in star method which is borderline frustrating because I’ll answer their question but not in the format they necessarily they want it in. It’s unfortunate bigger companies are starting to do this now. It was difficult to know whether I was providing good answers since I could not see their facial expressions. Honestly, if you plan on going into a Boeing interview, expect the unexpected.
